Microsoft Planning Services partner portal: own all content production (write, edit, collect); manage monthly update cadence and perform all back-end updates on this SharePoint-based site; manage quarterly localization; ensure all copy adheres to Microsoft branding and style guide requirements.

  • Redesign kudos: worked as part of UX team on content design and process flow on total site redesign project in 2017. This included a massive re-writing and re-integration by me of copy that was buried in decks and documents onto web pages. The goals were to hand-hold Microsoft partners through complex business process and compliance information, decrease support escalations, increase discoverability, and maximize localized content. The updated site has earned overwhelmingly-positive partner feedback, as conveyed through the front-line support team here, and here, and this one and this one in which the partner said it was the best Microsoft site they have seen.
